    Ive been trying to drink lots of water this week and eating less and healthier. Do you see any improvements from my starting point? hopefully. My thighs are what I really need to work on…. Well here is my workout routine for the week starting from last wednesday. :)

    Thursday- elliptical 10 mins, boxing 10 mins, jump rope 3 mins
    Friday-break…
    Saturday- School dance, hahah enough of a workout for the night
    Sunday- Situps and pushups… lazy day
    Monday- elliptical 10 mins, dancing 10 mins
    Tuesday- elliptical 10 mins, boxing 5 mins, dancing 10
    Wednesday-elliptical 10 mins dancing 10 mins
