Do close stance jumping squats till you reach epic failure (keep track of how many you did and increase each time).
Then catch your breath and do 8-10 reps of barbell squats.
Then rest a couple minutes and do wide jumping squats till you reach epic failure.
Then catch your breath and do 10-12 wide barbell jumping squats.
If you can do this workout once thats good, twice great, 3x you’re a super star, 4x or more you’re a super human:).
